Kum Gang San

I say this Korean restaurant is awesome because it is open 24/7. Located in New York’s Korean Town.

They claim themselves to have the #1 BBQ in New York.

This place is gigantic – two floors and it even has live music.

They use this to bring the bill upstairs from downstairs.

Now let’s check out their menu.

Wu Liang Ye is a Chinese Sichuan restaurant located in Midtown New York.

As you walk in, you will see the store surrounded by newspapers and poster reviews.

Pretty impressed by their popularity.

Another slick menu. Love the Asian typography.

Shabu shabu also known as Japanese hotpot. My favourite type of cuisine.

I was lucky enough to visit New York this winter break.

Shabu – Tatsu, apparently ranked as the second best Japanese Sukiyaki in New York.

They also offer BBQ and bibimbap.

This picture was taken while we were waiting for our table.

We waited for around 30 mins.

But you guys don’t have to wait to see the food čśŤ

Happy New Year! First day of 2012 so I’m going to make this post awesome.

Sassafraz, located in the heart of Yorkville, Toronto. French inspired Canadian cuisine.

I just had this for dinner on New Year’s Eve. čśÇ

It had a very personal, romantic and noir ambiance.

But…their special menu was pricey. $99 per person. You must be thinking…are you kidding me?

Read on to see this very expensive dinner.

E-Pan! I was brought there by my sister and my brother in law. She told me that the restaurant is fairly new (only 4 years) and she has been a loyal customer ever since it opened.

That means we get discounts!

Outside of E-Pan and located in Toronto’s Chinatown.

On my way home from Eaton Center, I saw this Ramen shop on Yonge Street.

I think it is the only Ramen shop around the block. Since I’m still not used to the cold Toronto weather yet, I decided to go in for a hot bowl of Ramen.
